As well as co-founding the band Porcupine Tree, acting as its lead guitarist, singer and songwriter, Wilson has also been a member of several other bands in addition to his successful solo act. The Documentary centers around Zappa at home, and on Tour. The amazing thing is that Zappa allowed a guy with a camera to film the band at the Fillmore West w/ Flo and Eddie. There are times when the camera man seems to be on the stage. The performance is recorded from only one camera angle. There are only 4-5 songs presented here.....and Zappa referring to the Fillmore West as the ‘Psychedelic Dungeon’ is priceless………..It is a great piece of history.

In 2005, Rockpalast filmed them at their gig in Cologne's Live Music Hall. At their concert in Cologne, the band played a varied set of 15 songs, including their hit at the time, Lazarus.

"Anesthetize" is a DVD which captures the power of the band's live show. Recorded on multi-cameras over two nights at 013 venue in Tilburg, Holland in October 2008, the concerts featured tracks from throughout the band's career. "Anesthetize" collects the highlights from the two shows. It is only the band's second ever DVD release.
